Terms of use
- FragCash is currently operating in demo mode. All balances are demo credits (DC) with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Competitions are decided by player skill inside the game. Results are verified by the platform before any settlement.
- FragCash is a skill-based esports competition platform, not a casino. Outcomes are decided only by player performance — no random draws, odds or house bets.
- One account per person. Sharing, selling or boosting accounts is not allowed.
Entries, prizes & fees
- Your entry is reserved when you create or join a match and released in full if the match is cancelled before it starts.
- The winner (or winning team, split equally) receives the pot minus the platform fee shown in the app (currently 10%).
- Draws, server failures and no-shows are refunded with no fee.
- Withdrawals are reviewed manually and follow the same eligibility rules as deposits.
Fair play rules
- Cheats, scripts, macros, exploits and outside assistance are forbidden. Cheating accounts are permanently removed and pending prizes forfeited.
- CS2, League of Legends, Dota 2 and Chess results are read automatically from official game servers or public APIs. Other games use mutual reporting.
- Reporting a false result is a bannable offence. When both players claim the win, the prize is frozen and a moderator decides from screenshot evidence.
- No-shows: players who don't ready up in time get escalating cooldowns (30 minutes, 2 hours, 24 hours) and lose reputation.
- Harassment, hate speech and match-fixing lead to removal.
Responsible play
- Set your own limits and take breaks. Competing should stay fun.
- You must meet the minimum age configured for your region (never below 18) to enter competitions.
- Reach out to support at any time to pause or close your account.
Compliance
- Real-money mode is disabled. Enabling it requires licensing, KYC/AML and payment-provider approval in each jurisdiction.
- Fiat and crypto are settlement options only — they follow identical eligibility, age, sanction and regional rules. Crypto is never a way around them.
- Availability is configured per country. Players in unsupported regions can browse but not compete.
